Wednesday, October 9
The Standing Committee on City Finance and Services began with the councillors presenting the proclamation of International Day of Older Persons and National Seniors Day. The Standing Committee then approved the following items on consent:

After that, the Standing Committee received a staff presentation, Inappropriate Public Behaviours - Updating the City's Violence Prevention Program to Ensure a Respectful and Safe Work Environment for Employees PDF file (264 KB), and then approved the following member’s motions:
