Stanley Park Mini Golf Experience opens July 1, 2026
Stanley Park Mini Golf Experience, a new temporary 18-hole attraction in the heart of Stanley Park, will open to the public on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 10 am.
Located at 690 Pipeline Road at the site of the Stanley Park Train, the course invites guests to find their adventure through a whimsical mini-golf wonderland. Designs feature an artful take on geometric patterns with a playful spirit, open to all ages young and old.
Nine beginner-friendly holes make up the front half of the course, while nine more challenging, world-warping holes wait further down the rabbit hole for guests who want to keep exploring. Hole names like Mushroom Patch, Escher’s Pass, Gravity Well, and Chronal Abyss hint at the surreal, larger-than-life design running throughout the course.
“We wanted to build something that feels like you’ve stepped through a hidden door in the middle of Stanley Park to a new experience that blends forest bathing and a unique mini golf adventure,” said Chris Charest, principal at Studio Meanwhile, the studio that designed and built the course, and will operate the experience. “Every hole has its own story and design, and our hope is that people leave with a few good photos and an excuse to come back and play all 18 again.”
Starting July 1 until fall 2026, the course will be open daily, Sunday through Wednesday from 10 am. to 9 pm, and Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm.
Admission is $16–$18 plus tax for nine holes and $23–$25 plus tax for eighteen holes (children 3–12 and adults 13+, respectively), with an 18-hole Family Package (two adults and two children, or one adult and three children) available for $90 plus tax. Children under three play free. Tickets and full pricing details are available at stanleyparkminigolf.com External website, opens in new tab. Tickets are available for purchase now via the website.
Beyond the course, Stanley Park Mini Golf will host two recurring events: DJ Pablo Vinyl Nights, Thursday through Saturday evenings from 5 to 9pm, and Wonderland Weekends, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
The Vancouver Park Board is currently engaged in a process to identify an updated and reimagined attraction for the Stanley Park Train site. While this process is underway Park Board staff are pursuing opportunities to activate the Stanley Park Train site with temporary attractions that attract new audiences and generate revenues to support parks and recreation services. The Stanley Park Mini Golf Experience follows the successful delivery of the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest event at this location earlier this year.
