VanDusen Botanical Garden harmonizes nature and art with Clementine at the Garden
VanDusen Botanical Garden is pleased to announce Clementine at the Garden, a family-friendly concert presented by Chorus & Clouds. This all-ages concert will bring families together through nature and art on Saturday, September 9 from 10 am to 12 pm.
“We are thrilled to work with Chorus & Clouds to offer a unique family-focused music and art event hosted at the Garden,” says Emily Schultz, Supervisor of Business and Revenue Services at VanDusen Botanical Garden for the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation. “We look forward to seeing families connect through music and art, while discovering something new about plants and nature in a place of inspiration.”
Visitors can look forward to a full set of folk music and art activities on the Great Lawn followed by a stroll through the 55-acre botanical garden. The event promotes family bonding through the love of music with whole-hearted lyrics and carefree fun that will have everyone tapping their feet and singing along. An art atelier space will get the creative juices flowing as families draw, create, and collage through visual inspirations from the surrounding landscapes of the garden.
