Auto Counts application
The Auto Counts application displays the detailed report of automated traffic volume counts completed by the Transportation Division, City of Vancouver Engineering Services. The report includes hourly volumes as well as 24 hr, peak hour, and daytime traffic volume summaries.
The Automatic Traffic Counts report can be accessed in two ways:
- From the application drop list
- By double-clicking a map object in the Traffic Related / Traffic Counts - Directional Volume.
The Auto Counts report window will appear, select the location drop down list to view another location report or click 
to zoom to the selected location in the map window.
- For Printing - use the right-click-Print function within the report window.
- For exporting to Excel - use the right-click-Copy function within the report window, and then use the "Paste Special" in a newly opened Excel sheet.
Note: For blocks with multiple street segments only one segment is highlighted, but the count is for the entire block and the highlighted segment does not reflect the actual location of the traffic counter.
