What's happeningChanges to public hearing requirements under the Vancouver Charter
Under amendments to the Vancouver Charter introduced through Bill 18 (2024), projects consistent with the Official Development Plan (ODP) that include at least 50% residential floor area are prohibited from holding a public hearing.
