Evelyne Saller Centre cafeteria

The Evelyne Saller Centre cafeteria is open seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our cafeteria provides hot meals with a different menu each day.

Cost and payments

A full course breakfast, lunch, or dinner costs $2.00 per meal. Get extra portions for an additional price.

Pay for your meals with cash or prepay by adding money to a client meal account. Clients on social assistance can set up a monthly account through the Ministry of Human Resources.

If you would like to set up a food account or need more information about our meal services, please contact the Centre from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Daily soup: Red lentil

Chicken pot pie with mashed potatos, peas, and carrots

Beef stew with potatos and peas

Dessert: Blueberry pie with whipped cream

Wednesday 3

Scrambled egg,

Toast, bacon or sausage, hot oatmeal, fruit

Daily soup: Chicken noodle

Spaghetti with meatsauce and salad

Pork chop with mashed potatos and California vegetables

Dessert: Date square

Thursday 4

Fried egg,

Toast, bacon or sausage, hot oatmeal, fruit

Daily soup: Beef barley

Fish sticks with mashed potatos and carrots

Teriyaki chicken with rice and California vegetables

Dessert: Chocolate cake with icing

Friday 5

Pancakes,

Bacon or sausage, hot oatmeal, fruit

Daily soup: Green lentil

Bean burrito with spanish rice

Pork stew with mashed potatos and green beans

Dessert: Rice pudding

Saturday 6

Chicken al a king with brown rice and green beans

Beef meatloaf with mashed potatos and green beans

Dessert: Apple pie pie with whipped cream

Sunday 7

Scrambled egg,

Daily soup: Tomato ministrone

Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and french fries with gravy

Pork stroganoff with mashed potatos and peas

Dessert: Strawberry rhubarb pie with whipped cream
