Courts of Revision

A Court of Revision is a special meeting of council that deals specifically local improvements (for example, new sidewalks, or lane paving in a neighbourhood).

Courts of Revision are convened to ensure that assessments for projects are accurate.

Meeting frequency

Usually, there are one or two Courts of Revisions held each year. The meetings start at 7:30pm in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

Affected property owners are welcome to attend.

Speaking to the Court of Revision

To speak to the Court of Revision, you must register at the sign-up table one hour before the hearing.
