- You can submit written comments about any agenda item, even if it doesn't allow speakers. Submit written comments
- You may speak by phone or in person.
- You may not speak at a closed (in-camera) Council meeting.
- Agendas are typically posted 1 week before each Council meeting and 10 days before each public hearing.

The deadline to request to speak for the above items is Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm for online requests and register from 5:30 pm to 6 pm by calling 604-829-4238.
You can also register in person on the day of the hearing, between 5:30 pm and 6 pm at City Hall.
