We’re taking City Hall on the road. Pop-Up City Hall brings City services directly to people and communities that have trouble accessing in-person City services.
Whether it’s because of mobility issues, time constraints, or location, getting to City Hall in person can sometimes be difficult. We want to help you get what you need from the City directly and at your convenience.
Through this pilot project we are working to improve service levels, help residents adopt online services, and encourage active participation with the City. Pop-Up City Hall also offers customized support like translation services.

Modelled after the City of Boston’s City Hall to Go program, Vancouver’s Pop-Up City Hall is the second program of its kind in North America.
