Childcare Enhancement Grant program

We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Childcare Enhancement Grants, with an application deadline of April 20th, 2018. You will find the program eligibility criteria and more information on the information sheet  (150 KB) on our website.

All 2017 Childcare Enhancement Grant recipients should have received instructions and a 2018 application package via email the week of March 5th to 9th. If you did not receive a package, please contact us at socialpolicygrants@vancouver.ca.

not receive a 2017 Childcare Enhancement Grant and after reviewing the program eligibility criteria at information sheet  (150 KB), believe that your childcare program may qualify for a grant, contact Eric Kowalski, Social Planner, at eric.kowalski@vancouver.ca well before the application deadline date of April 20th.

Capital Project Grants

Includes the Downtown Eastside (DTES) Capital Grants and Social Policy Capital Grants. Provides support for capital projects that preserve or increase the capacity of facilities used to address the needs of vulnerable communities in Vancouver. Downtown Eastside (DTES) Capital Grants only fund capital projects within the DTES that help implement actions from the DTES Plan. Social Policy Capital Grants fund small capital projects anywhere in Vancouver.
