Supporting and celebrating women in our communities

Council is committed to making Vancouver a place where all women and girls have full access to the range of services and resources provided by the City.

We also make sure that all women have opportunities to fully participate in the political, economic, cultural and social life of Vancouver.

To recognize and celebrate the important role women play in our community - and promote equality - we have initiated several programs.
