Advance Property Tax and Utility Payments
Property and business owners are reminded they are still required to make their advance property tax payments by February 3, 2026 and their metered utility account payments by December 22, 2025.
Get your property tax notice and utility bill
- Online: Register or log in to review and download your property tax and utility notices
- In person: Visit the Revenue Services counter in person, located at City Hall to obtain notice details, including amount(s) owing. Bring photo ID and proof of ownership
Use other payment options
- Through online banking or at your bank
- In person: at City Hall
Consider signing up for a Tax Instalment Prepayment Plan (TIPP) and Utility pre-authorized withdrawals (UPAWs) to avoid mail delays and spread costs over monthly payments.

each year to:
- Pay your property tax
- Declare your property status
 (Empty Homes Tax/Vacancy Tax)
Property tax due dates:
- Advance taxes: February 3, 2026
- Main taxes: July 3, 2026
