2022 Inaugural ceremony
On November 7, 2022, Mayor Ken Sim and Council were sworn in at a ceremony led by Master of Ceremonies Raymond Louie.
The Honourable Judge Derek Mah administered the oaths of office to Mayor Ken Sim and Councillors Rebecca Bligh, Christine Boyle, Adriane Carr, Lisa Dominato, Pete Fry, Sarah Kirby-Yung, Mike Klassen, Peter Meiszner, Brian Montague, and Lenny Zhou.
2018 Inauguration
On November 5, 2018, Mayor Kennedy Stewart and Council were sworn in at Creekside Community Recreation Centre at a ceremony led by Master of Ceremonies Libby Davis.
The Honourable Judge Harbans K. Dhillon administered the oaths of office to Mayor Kennedy Stewart and Councillors Rebecca Bligh, Christine Boyle, Adriane Carr, Melissa De Genova, Lisa Dominato, Pete Fry, Colleen Hardwick, Sarah Kirby-Yung, Jean Swanson and Michael Wiebe.
