Ask Mayor Ken Sim and elected councillors to participate at your event as speakers, moderators, panelists, and attendees.
Fill in the request form below and the Mayor's Office or Councillors' Office will review your request and contact you.
Before you start, gather these details about your event:
- Event date, time, location, purpose, program, and expected audience
- Requested role for the elected officials
- Contact information
We'd like to accept every request but we aren't always able to because of limited resources and schedules. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether the elected officials can attend your event.
