Constructed in 1912 by a "Mr. Percival", this building is a good example of an early 20th century Vancouver warehouse and is compatible with other such buildings in its immediate area in terms of design, scale, and former use. It is located in Yaletown, a turn of the century warehouse district that was shaped around the extension of the railroad, and is characterized by narrow streets and tightly set timber and brick buildings. This building is listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register in the "B" category. 30 residental lofts were built into the old structure. The heritage value has positively impacted both the projects financial viability and the industrial warehouse atmosphere of Yaletown.
