Explanation of amendments since December 31, 2010
- Appendix
E (pdf,
726 kb) and Appendix

84 kb) have been updated to reflect fee increases as enacted by Council on October 18, 2011, effective January 1, 2012;
- Section 5 and Section 10 have been updated with amendments to allow for the deconstruction of one or two-family dwellings in certain RS Districts and First Shaughnessy District, in advance of development permit issuance, as enacted by Council on October 4, 2011;
- Appendix
C (pdf,
67 kb) has been updated with several house keeping amendments, as enacted by Council on April 19 and June 28, 2011;
- Appendix

170 kb) (the Board of Variance By-law) was repealed on January 18, 2011, and replaced with a new by-law, as enacted by Council on January 18, 2011;

and HA-1A (Chinatown) (pdf,
