Explanation of amendments since January 1, 2010
- Section10 (pdf,
54 kb) has been amended to restrict the demolition of rental accommodation in "C" districts, as enacted by Council on July 6, 2010;
- Section 2 (pdf,
77 kb) has been updated to remove Personal Fitness Centre from two defined use categories, as enacted by Council on April 20, 2010;
- Schedule E (pdf,
117 kb) Schedule E has been updated with regard to a building line on Kent Avenue South, as approved by Council on March 23, 2010;
