Voluntary Building By-law Upgrade

Where voluntary upgrade for fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, exits, accessibility, seismic work or building envelope is performed, it is not the intent of this By-law to require the owner to further upgrade the building provided no other work is included in the project.
