Impound fees, maintenance fees and cremation costs are payable by cash, debit or credit, cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
A Vancouver Animal Control staff will contact owners once cremations are ready for pick up. Staff will typically contact owners to pick up cremations between one and two weeks.
