By-law Administration and Records Services
About Us
The By-law Administration and Records Services Branch is responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with current by-laws by communicating to property owners any by-law infractions related to their residential and/or commercial properties
- Administering special programs approved by Council, such as the Secondary Suite Program, and the Growbusters Program
- Issuing Occupancy Permits
- Providing property related information to the public
- Maintaining all address related records

We are open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
We are closed on weekends and all statutory holidays.
