Explanation of amendments since January 31, 2012
- Access to Daylight, Views, and Ventilation in Dwelling Units (pdf, 160 kb) was approved by the Director of Planning on May 2, 2012;
- Bulk Storage - Residential Developments (pdf,
58 kb) has been amended to clarify the design and location of storage areas, as approved by the Director of Planning on April 20, 2012;
- Balcony Enclosure for New Buildings had minor housekeeping edits. The most up-to-date version is identified by a February 2012 date at the bottom of each page;
- Balcony Enclosure for New Buildings was approved by the Director of Planning, January 24, 2012;
- Balcony Enclosure Guidelines was renamed Balcony Enclosure for Existing Buildings, for greater clarity on January 24, 2012; and
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting Requirements for Renewable Energy Systems (pdf, 180 kb) was approved by the City Engineer, effective November 1, 2011;
- Low Carbon Energy Supply Feasibility Screening - Terms of Reference (pdf, 234 kb) was approved by the City Engineer, effective November 1, 2011;
- District Energy Connectivity Standards - Information for Developers (pdf, 497 kb) was amended to provide improved clarity and direction to staff and developers, effective November 1, 2011;
- Green Rezoning Process (pdf, 200 kb) has had the date corrected from which Gold Certification is required (January 31, 2011, not January 1, 2011).
