Fees
This information is intended to assist applicants with the fees associated with development, building, and trades permits. The Community Services 2009 Schedule of Fees for Permits can be found below. As property taxes do not cover all of the costs of growth, a Development Cost Levy charge on new developments may be applicable to help pay for growth-related needs for parks, transportation facilities, childcare, and replacement (social/non-profit) housing.
