Youth Housing Options Study The Vancouver Youth Funders Committee (VYFC) is comprised of senior managers with the federal, provincial and city governments as well as major non-profit funders. The VYFC initiated a subcommittee to gather information on the status of youth housing in Vancouver. Funding for the Youth Housing Options Study was provided by BC Housing, the Vancouver Agreement, the City of Vancouver Housing Centre and Social Planning Department, Vancouver Coastal Health, and the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development.
