Study Area & Scope
The Council approved study area is illustrated in the map below. The study area includes the following policy areas; Downtown Official Development Plan (all areas except C2), False Creek North Official Development Plan, Granville Slopes Policy Area, and the Central Waterfront Hub Review Area.
Council approved view corridors and building heights were both under review. The view corridors which were reviewed are illustrated in the map below with more detailed information provided via the following web links.
