5) Pan Visions Review – Chris Robertson

CR provided a summary of the February 26th Pan Visions event and noted that the group had decided to continue to split the annual budget of 60,000 equally between the 6 Vision Communities. It was also agreed that the Vision Committees could share the funds amongst each other if approved. For example if a group knew they weren't going to be able to spend their annual allocation they could offer the excess funds to another Vision Committee.

The group suggested that a second Pan Visions meeting be held in the fall. Hastings-Sunrise agreed to host this event.

6) 2005 Budget - Chris Robertson

CR handed out a draft 2005 Budget and asked the Committee to forward proposed budget requirements for entry into the spreadsheet. CR advised that this will provide the Committee with a better understanding of budget needs and allow the annual funds to be used more efficiently.
