Rezoning Application - 100 West 49th Avenue (Langara College)

Brook Pooni Associates, Inc., on behalf of Langara College, has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend:

1) Sections 4 and 6 of the Langara College Policy Statement to allow for the following:

• construction of a Student Services & Sciences Building in place of the anticipated Creative Arts Centre (Phase 2)
• construction of a Creative Arts Centre in place of the anticipated multi-purpose classrooms (Phase 3)
• provision of a path from West 49th Avenue to the proposed Creative Arts Centre, in place of the anticipated north-south connection through the site

2) CD-1 District (55) By-law No. 4412 applicable to the site to alter the following:

• minimum setbacks of both above and below grade buildings in relation to the north, south and west property boundaries
