Rezoning Application - 104-150 East 1st Avenue
Cressey Quebec Street Holdings Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 104-150 East 1st Avenue from M-2 (Industrial) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District to permit the development of a 6-storey and a 12-storey residential building with a total of 170 residential units. Rezoning is required to permit residential uses consistent with the Southeast False Creek Official Development Plan (SEFC ODP). The proposed density of 3.5 floor space ratio (FSR) and the maximum height of 38 m conform to the SEFC ODP.
Council approved this application at Public Hearing on May 17, 2011 and enacted By-law No. 10425 at a Regular Council Meeting on February 14, 2012.
