Bingham Hill Architects, on behalf of Pinnacle International, has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 2001 West 10th Avenue from M-1 (Industrial) district to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes two residential buildings over a shared parking structure, with a 37 space daycare at grade. The buildings are proposed at 7-storeys (74.5 ft.) and 6-storeys (63.5 ft.), with a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.5. The proposal includes 125 dwelling units in a floor area of 117,165 sq. ft. (10,884.6 sq. m). Parking for 162 residential, 13 visitor, 1 car share, and 7 daycare, and 2 Class A and 2 Class B Loading are proposed.
