ph5 architecture inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 2298 Galt Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is a 4-storey residential building consisting of four principal dwelling units and one secondary dwelling unit. A maximum floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.19, maximum height of 38.7 ft. (11.79 m), and four parking spaces are proposed. The rezoning application will be considered in the context of the Norquay Village Neighbourhood Centre Plan.
This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on January 30, 2012 and By-law No. 10468 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on April 17, 2012.
