REVISED Rezoning Application - 3212 East Boulevard

Allan Diamond Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 3212 East Boulevard from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to a CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.
A revised application was received on February 11, 2011. Proposed in the resubmission are a principal building containing four townhouse units and two "suites-within-suites". Two additional units are proposed above a 5-car garage at the rear of the site. The proposed floor space ratio (FSR) is 1.20 (was 1.31). The proposed height of the principal building is 37.63 ft. (was 41.2 ft.).
