Mosaic Avenue Homes has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 4837-4861 Cambie Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 5-storey building (41 residential units), with a total area of 40,189 sq. ft. (3 733.5 m²) and a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.02. The proposal includes 49 underground parking spaces and 86 bicycle storage spaces.
This application will be considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan approved by Council in November 2010.
