Henriquez Partners has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 555 Robson Street, 775 Richards Street, and 520 West Georgia Street from DD (Downtown) District to a CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal consists of 928,000 square feet of mixed-use office and residential projects. The new development would replace the two parkades along Richards Street with a 21-storey office tower on West Georgia Street and a 45-storey residential tower and retail podium on Robson Street.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on October 18, 2011 and By-law No. 10433 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on February 28, 2012.
