Yamamoto Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 6010-6050 Oak Street from RS-1 (One-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for 19 “market” townhouse suites, comprised of 3 to 4 storeys, with a maximum height of 37.5 ft., and underground parking. The proposed total floor space area is 2 739.5 m² (29,487.7 sq. ft.) and floor space ratio (FSR) is 1.2.
