Rezoning Application - 999 Seymour Street
Acton Ostry Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver to amend the CD-1 By-law at 999 Seymour Street to allow an increase in the floor area exclusion for balconies from 8 to 12 percent, to allow larger open balconies as a passive design feature in a 22-storey, mixed residential-commercial building.
Council approved this application at Public Hearing on November 1, 2011 and enacted By-law No. 10349 at a Regular Council Meeting on October 4, 2011.
