Rezoning and Development Application - 99 West 2nd Avenue (DE414175)

Council Meetings:

Howard Bingham Hill Architect on behalf of Pinnacle International has applied to amend an existing CD-1 By-law (No. 464) and an existing Development Permit application (DE 414175).  The effect of the proposal would be to add 2 floors to the residential tower portion of the development and 1 floor to the residential mid-rise building.  The total additional floor area would be 21,117 sq. ft., which increases the total permitted floor area by 5.7%.  The height of the tower would increase from 12 to 14 storeys and the height of the mid-rise would increase from 7 to 8 storeys.  The maximum permitted density now proposed is 3.78 FSR.

This application has been approved by Council at Public Hearing on May 17, 2011 and By-law No. 10329 was enacted at a Regular Council Meeting on July 26, 2011.
