How to Apply

1. Download available application forms for the Childcare Enhancement Grant or request additional grant application information from the Social Policy contacts listed below.
   
   
2. Application forms are distributed in electronic format (MS Word and MS Excel). If you are unable to fill out the application in these formats, please contact the Social Policy Division.
   
   
3. Submit the following three documents electronically to socialpolicygrants@vancouver.ca:
   • the completed application (minus signatures)
   • 2012 Enhancement Grant Budget and Client Profile spreadsheet
   • 2012 meeting schedule
     
     
4. Submit two completed and signed hard copies of the application, budget spreadsheet and all attachments to the Social Policy Division at the address below. Please contact the department if you have questions about the Childcare Grants Program or need assistance filling out the form.
   
   
5. Please provide concise and up-to-date information on the application form. You will note that some of the answer boxes will automatically expand so that you can supply as much information as you feel is necessary. Include all the relevant documents requested, and limit further attachments to a few pages.

Funds are granted for a twelve month period.
