If you are having trouble downloading any of the PDF files, you may wish to try saving the file to your computer's desktop. Right-click over the link and choose “Save Target As”. Navigate to the desktop and click on the Save button (see image below). When the download is complete, just double-click on the icon on your desktop (see sample icon to the right).
