Southeast False Creek: Development Applications and Development Permit Board (DPB) Decisions
The Olympic Village site represents approximately 1.2 million square feet of development. Details of each application are available below.
Information on Development Applications for private lands in SEFC will also be featured on this page, as it becomes available. As construction on private lands is not directly linked to the Olympic Games, there are no scheduled times for these applications.
Development Permit Board (DPB)
As part of the development process, the Development Permit Board must approve the Development Applications. Details of the DPB staff reports, minutes and motions have been posted below for the sites/parcels which have undergone this process.
