Staff Report and DPB Decision

On June 4, 2007, the Development Permit Board APPROVED Development Application No. DE411198, subject to the conditions contained in the staff report, to construct a 3-storey Community Centre which includes a restaurant, non-motorized boating centre and a 69-space child daycare facility all over one level of underground parking. The development includes:

• 45,500 sq. ft. of floor area
• 100 parking stalls
• 25 bicycle parking stalls
• 2 loading bays
