  • View Point: At the edge of the viewing area North/East of the Bloedel Conservatory
  • View Field: Downtown Vancouver Skyline, North Shore mountains
  • History: Revised to protect the Downtown skyline as part of the view
  • Comments: There are two view fields in this view cone; the view of the Downtown skyline, and the North Shore mountains. This view cone is composed of five sections; 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.4a. Section 3.1 applies only to the foreground up to the centre of False Creek. 3.2.1, 3.2.2, and 3.2.3 apply only to the area north of the centre of False Creek, 3.2.4 applies to the foreground up to 10th Avenue, and 3.2.4a applies to the area north of 10th Avenue.
