Unsolicited proposals

What you need to know

The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation welcomes unsolicited proposals from private businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals who have innovative ideas with sound business fundamentals that provide benefit to the community.

Proposal tiers and submission deadlines

Unsolicited proposals are divided into 2 tiers based on their overall value and complexity:

How proposals are submitted and evaluated

The unsolicited proposal process (388 KB) outlines the steps for submitting and evaluating unsolicited proposals in a fair and transparent manner. It is aimed at delivering the best value to the public and the Park Board.
