Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces for those 12 and older, even if you are vaccinated. This includes City, Park Board, and library facilities.
Proof of vaccination
Showing proof of vaccination External website, opens in new tab is required to enter some City facilities, programs, and events. Entry into most buildings including recreation centres does not require proof of vaccination, but it is required for some programs and activities.

Most indoor pools are open. Kensington pool will remain closed until January. Lord Byng pool will be closed November 15 to December 31.
All outdoor pools are closed.
Swimming lessons are available at all indoor pools for pre-school, children, and youth age groups. Adult swimming lessons are unavailable at this time.
Most fitness centres are open. We're working with community centre associations to reopen the remaining fitness centres.
All ice rinks are open. Public skating sessions and skating lessons are available.
Parks, beaches, gardens, golf courses, and outdoor recreation facilities
Parks, beaches, and gardens are open.
- Playgrounds, dog off-leash areas, courts, and fields are open
- Golf courses and pitch and putt courses are open
- Spray parks are now open, with the exception of Crab Park, which is undergoing maintenance.
Parks special event permits
Modified service. Permitting in accordance with the Provincial Health Order.
Community centres are open and moving forward with gradual, phased re-implementations of pre-pandemic operations, and full recreational programming.
