City staff and park rangers actively provide education about compliance with provincial health orders but they do not have authority to enforce these orders through tickets and fines .

Proof of vaccination
You will need to show proof of vaccination to enter some City facilities, programs, and events. Entry into most buildings including City Hall, libraries, and recreation centres does not require proof of vaccination, but it is required for some programs and activities.
