Volleyball leagues and tournaments
To ensure that organized leagues can have access to beaches and parks while minimizing the impact on the area, the Vancouver Park Board has rules about where and when volleyball leagues can play games and tournaments.
Overall restrictions:
- Only non-profit organizations can apply to reserve volleyball sand courts
- Grass areas in parks may be booked using the field booking process
- Major events are restricted to 1 per month per location
- League play can be booked for 1 or 2 times per week at any location
