Sewer and Watercourse By-law 8093

A water service permit allows you to connect a new building with the City's water and sewer system.

Prescribes standards and regulations for the maintenance and operation of the City of Vancouver storm water and waste water management, and water supply. Sets the fee schedule to operate services, and provisions for upgrading services as required.
