Apply to have your alarm reinstated if your alarm has been suspended because of too many false alarms. A bill will be mailed to you with the amount owed and payment instructions.
Steps to completing an alarm permit reinstatement request
- Review the reinstatement of your alarm permit fees
- Print out the Alarm System Inspection Report - By-Law No. 7111 PDF file (64 KB)
- Have your alarm technician fill out the Alarm System Inspection Report during their evaluation of your system
- Fill out the reinstatement of alarm form to pay your reinstatement fees
- Scan a copy of your completed Alarm System Inspection Report
- Send the scanned copy of the completed Alarm System Inspection Report with your payment confirmation details by either:

Note If you have been suspended more than once, the reinstatement fee will be doubled.
