Utility pre-authorized withdrawals

Utility pre-authorized withdrawals authorize the City of Vancouver to automatically withdraw the amount you owe for your utility payment from your bank account on the due date.

Why you should sign up

  • The program is convenient, saving you time and money (no more cheques, stamps or needing to remember to pay)
  • You will never pay late fees or miss discounts

Join the utility pre-authorized withdrawals program

Download and print the agreement form, complete and sign it, and then submit the form, with a void cheque, to City of Vancouver Revenue Services by mail.

Before you join, pay off your utility bill in full. You can't use the program while you still owe an outstanding or overdue balance.
