Elisha McCallum

Chief of External Relations

Elisha supports the City’s strategic direction through external relations, partnerships, and engagement. She leads the Civic Engagement and Communications, the Business and Economy Office, Tourism and Destination Events, and Intergovernmental Relations and Strategic Partnerships teams. Elisha specializes in government relations, crisis and issues management, community, stakeholder and employee engagement, media relations, strategy development, executive thought leadership, and profile development. 

A former print and television journalist and graduate of Langara College, Elisha brings nearly 3 decades of executive-level experience in British Columbia across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including roles in energy, infrastructure and resource development, technology, and real estate. Most recently, she was Vice President, Communications at Anthem Properties Group and brings this wealth of experience to her role as Chief of External Relations.
