  Flexipass monthly fees

  Important note You need to be 13 years and older to use a fitness centre operated by the Park Board.

  How to renew your Flexipass online 

  If you have previously purchased a Flexipass and want to purchase a pass of the same duration again, you can renew it online, by phone, or in person.

  Information icon When you renew your Flexipass, the expiry date is extended by the number of months in the new pass. If your pass has expired, the new expiry date is based on the purchase date.

  What you need to know before you renew

  • You cannot change the duration of your Flexipass online. If you bought a 3-month pass, you can renew it for an additional 3 months. If you want to change it to a 12-month pass, you must purchase a new pass online, over the phone, or in person.
  • You cannot renew a Flexipass online if you bought it at the corporate rate or with a promotional discount.
  • Pass renewals cannot extend the expiry date of the current pass by more than 1 year.

  Steps to renew your Flexipass online

  1. Sign-in to your account
  2. Select 'Passes' in the grey menu.
  3. From the list of current memberships, click the one you want to renew.
     • If your pass has expired, select the pass from the "Available passes" list and click "Add to Cart".
  4. Select Checkout.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Confirm your order and select Continue.
  7. Enter your payment information and select Continue.

  Terms of use

  • A Flexipass is active from the purchase date and for the period of time you have purchased, not the calendar month.
  • Your Flexipass is loaded onto your OneCard.
  • Your OneCard must be presented each time for admission or registration.
  • Your OneCard will be cancelled or confiscated if misused.
  • Report loss of card or change of contact information immediately.
  • There is a $2 replacement charge for your OneCard.

  Expiration

  10-visit pass

  All 10-visit pass purchases will automatically expire after 2 years.

  Refund and suspension guidelines

  Information icon These changes will apply only to new Flexipasses purchased on or after January 1, 2026.

  Refund eligibility

  1-month and 3-month Flexipass

  Holders of a 1-month or 3-month Flexipass may receive a refund only in cases of a medical condition that prevents use of the pass. Supporting medical documentation may be required.

  12-month Flexipass

  Holders of a 12-month Flexipass may request a refund after 6 months of use.

  Refunds are only considered if the Flexipass is active when the request is submitted.

  Information icon The refund effective date will be the date the application is received. Refunds cannot be applied retroactively.

  Suspension (account freeze)

  12-month Flexipass

  Holders of a 12-month Flexipass are entitled to 1 suspension period for a planned facility closure and 1 suspension period for personal reasons.

  Each suspension must be taken a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks and may not exceed 6 consecutive weeks.

  Suspensions related to planned facility closures will be for the full duration of the closure.

  3-month Flexipass

  Holders of a 3-month Flexipass are eligible for a suspension only in the event of a planned facility closure.

  1-month Flexipass

  Holders of a 1-month Flexipass are not eligible for suspensions under any circumstances.

  Information icon All suspension periods will start on the date the suspension request is submitted and must fall within the effective dates of the current membership term.
