Flexible and affordable recreation passes

COVID-19 Restart: Flexipass now accepted at pools and fitness centres

Flexipass holders can now contact a recreation facility to reactivate pass, request a credit on account, receive a refund, or keep pass suspended temporarily.  Flexipasses and 10-visit passes are accepted for online session registration and facility drop-ins.

No-show guidelines

May 7, 2021: Due to the limited number of available recreation sessions and to allow more community members to enjoy our facilities, no-show guidelines apply to all registered fitness, pool, and rink sessions.

Effective May 8, 2021, customers will be able to withdraw online at from all Park Board fitness, pool, and rink sessions with a scheduled start date of May 11 and onward.

Flexipass and 10-visit passes

You can purchase Flexipass (good for 1, 3, and 12 months) online or in person at a participating community centre. 10-visit passes are available in person at a participating community centre. 

If you've previously purchased Flexipass or a 10-visit pass, you may be able to renew your pass online.

You can use any Park Board fitness centre in Vancouver when you show your Gymworks™ card. Gymworks is a program offered through the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific. The card gives athletes who are training at the provincial, national, and international levels admission to nearby facilities. Some conditions apply.
